Health Coach 12-Month Training Program curriculum

Orientation

You will get acquainted with your coach instructor and other members of your program, learn what you can do to get the most out of your HealthCoach Program and be better prepared for the classes

Module 1: Coaching Foundations

1. The Basic Coaching Model –

You will learn the four most important components of coaching and a simple seven-step coaching model to get you coaching almost immediately.

2. Impact Listening –

You will learn how to listen on such a deep level that you will be able to hear what your client is not telling you as well as what they are.

3. Empowering Questions Part 1 –

You will learn the art of asking questions that will deepen the coaching relationship, cause your clients to think and motivate your clients into action. .

4. StageCoaching For Change Part 1 –

You will learn how to combine the nine psychological processes for change and a six stage system of change that will create a formula for helping your clients overcome undesirable behaviors.

Module 2: Marketing & Business Fundamentals

1. Marketing By Attractionฎ - Coaching Introductions –

You will create unique and compelling ways to introduce yourself as a coach that put prospective clients into a moment of benefit, making your coaching practice almost irresistible.

2. Demonstrating "The Coaching Experience" With The Wheel –

You will learn a powerful and compelling yet non-threatening visual sales presentation that helps your potential clients see for themselves the value of HealthCoaching.

3. Niche Selection - Find and Follow Your Passion –

You cannot be all things to all people. You will learn how to define your coaching niche, making people more likely to believe that the specific coaching service you offer is worthy of their investment.

4. Creating Your Business Plan - The Funnel Of Trust –

You will learn how to create a step-by-step blueprint for filling your coaching practice and fulfilling your income goals.

Module 3: Web-Based Coaching With HealthCoachingUฎ

1. The Public Component – An overview of the public component of the HealthCoachingUฎ website --

You will learn how to demonstrate to your potential clients all the resources available to them at HCU.

2. Members Area – Go behind the scenes of the Virtual

Coaching Office and learn how to use the menu of services available to you through this web-based technology and how to get your coaching clients doing most of the work instead of you.

You will discover all the tools available to you to communicate with your clients through the Virtual Coaching Office to support their health progress.

Module 4: The Coaching Process

4. The Ideal Sales Model –

You will learn a proven 11-step formula for creating your own ideal sales model to sell your coaching practice.

Module 7: Growing Your Business - Tools & Methods

1. Prospecting –

You will learn how to identify people who want to improve their health and wellness, get them to request more information about your coaching services and offer them a free demonstration or presentation.

2. Print Media –

You will learn a six-step formula for getting all the coaching presentations/demonstrations you want, anytime you want them.

3. Target Markets –

You will learn a simple formula for calling on small businesses and getting their endorsement for you to present your coaching services to their group thus leveraging your time.

4. Database Marketing –

Discover how to create a database of prospects and a benefit-oriented marketing system.

Module 8: Health and Wellness Coaching

Module 9: The Empowerment Coaching Model

You will learn how to identify the stage your client is in and how to start the process of moving your client forward.

3. Group Coaching Part 2 –

You will learn how to create engaging and interactive groups and how to generate additional income streams using different group coaching models.
